How to order?
Buying from us is easy and secure. For every item, there will be an "Add To Cart" button. This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping cart, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping cart by clicking View Cart button.

Follow the instructions on the subsequent shopping cart screens to finalize your order.

Alternatively, you could choose to email us or submit our Online Enquiry Form stating the product you want and the quantity you need along with your contact details.

Credit Card via Paypal
You can pay using your credit card via Paypal. PayPal allows you to buy using all the major credit cards. If you're not familiar with PayPal, they have become a standard in online transactions. They are owned by EBay and are highly reputable. You can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by Paypal secure server, Internet's leading payment provider used by over 63 millions users across 45 countries. Please note: It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to complete your transaction.
Online Banking Transfer
Direct via online banking straight into our account. Please e-mail us or send us a txt message if you wish to pay this way, we will direct you from there.
Cash on Pick-Up
Alternatively, you could pay us by cash upon pick-up of your goods. We are situated in Christchurch. Please note that this can be arranged by APPOINTMENT only. Please email or give us a call first if you do decide to pick up your goods.

Where is my order?
All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days upon the receipt of your order. We are committed to dispatch your order once your funds has been cleared. If for any reason the products you have ordered will be delayed we will notify you immediately. All quotes are valid while stocks last.

How much to deliver?
There will be a delivery charge added to your purchase cost. As you would expect, cost of delivery depends on the location and quantity of your order. Simply proceed through checkout as normal and view your shipping charges.
Freight and handling charges within New Zealand are as followed:

$7 for orders less than $50

$12.50 for orders from $50 to $150

$15 for orders from $151 to $250

Free shipping for orders over $250
For international order, please kindly email us before hand. We will always advise you the delivery cost before dispatch. If you decide the shipping cost is too much, please email us and we will see if there is an alternative method of shipping to you. After all, we are here to make your parenting lives easier.

What about returns?
Here at Cheekybubs, we want you to be able to shop online freely minus the hassle. So if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide a refund less the shipping costs if the goods are returned to us in unused, original condition and packaging, free of any cigarette smoke or odors within 7 days. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We welcome international buyers. Please email us to enquire about shipping costs to wherever you may be.
Privacy
We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than to process your order. Furthermore, your email will never be shared with a third party or for any reason other than to contact you about your order. It will never be shared or sold.
Can I view the products?
Yes you can. If you are in Christchurch, you are welcome to come and view our range and get a feel for what makes our products so unique and yet so practical. Our boutique store is only by APPOINTMENT. Please contact us first to arrange for a suitable time. All meetings are met with the highest discretion and are one on one so that you can comfortably view our range.
